Rosehip

Also known as DOG ROSE (ROSA CANINA).
A wild rose. The berries (rosehips) contain a great deal of vitamin C as well as A, B1, B2, P and K, plus many other highly useful constituents (anti-scurvy, anti-diarrhoea, anti-anaemia, etc.). Use before and during the winter, as well as during convalescence.
