Banana Chai Smoothie Parfait Recipe

  • 7-8 Bananas
  • 1.5 cup Adanim’s chai Tea ice cubes
  • 3 tbsp. Coconut Yogurt
  • 1.5 tbsp. Almond butter
  • 9 Dates
  • 3/4 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1.5 pinch Cinnamon
  • 1.5 pinch Ginger


  • 3 tbsp. Granola
  • 3 tbsp. fresh Blueberries
  • 3 tbsp. Apricots
  • 3 tbsp. Maple syrup

Step 1: Blend the Smoothie Ingredients

Take a blender, add all the ingredients (bananas, chai ice cubes, coconut yogurt, almond butter, and all the other ingredients except toppings ingredients). Blend them until you have a smooth and creamy texture.

Step 2: Consistency Check

If the mixture is too thin or runny, place the mixture in a bowl and keep it in the freezer for 30-60 minutes, stirring often.

Allow chai tea to cool for at least one hour at room temperature. Now transfer chai tea into an ice cube tray and put it in the freezer until solid.
